Hudson Valley Garden and Pond Planting

Gayle created this pond and the pond plantings that surround it. They are all plants that love water and are harmonious with pondside planting: weeping willow, grasses, red twig dogwood, filipendula, and water iris. The marshy, wet area is spring-fed. A rustic stone path leads down to the lawn and the bench overlooks the pond.
